ok well I've been away for a while I figured it was about time to update this thing again. As far as news going on not too much new except that I just got offered and accepted a new job down in Long Beach starting sometime in September (yaaa). So now I just have to find a place to stay I will probably start looking in July. As far as roommates go I have 3 friends who have not given me a definite answer yet. This weekend I'm going up to family's for my Aunt's 40th bday, but I will be back for Long Beach pride which I'm really looking foreward to! Well not much more to post right now so I'm outta here till later. |

Hehe well I had a pretty good day yesterday, work was cool and afterwards I came over to weho and had dinner with my friends Alex and Gregg (carl's jr. again). Alex and I have started Atkins for the next 3 months until Lazy Bear (although plans for lazy bear are uncertain at the moment) Gregg said he will start it today. My goal is to lose at least 30 more pounds before the event. Alex and I are going to combine it with exercise of course so that we do it the right way. By the next school year I want to be down to 230. I did find out a funny thing apparently people have been thinking that Alex and I are "together" we've been having to tell them its not like that, that we are just really good friends who love to hang out with each other. He's like my hermanito :)
Last night I went and did Karoke and I was totally set up by the evil queens Jeff and Jono (hehe) they put in a BUNCH of songs with my names on it, and we didn't catch on at first, the song that we finally caught on to them with was when they had put in for me to sing OVER THE RAINBOW....bitches! LOL Jeez I'm rambling again, time for me to check out..

Ok well my day is already well under way and so far so good. I'm very sad that the weekend is over though :( had a pretty good time, I went and saw Kill Bill vol. 2 with my friend Chris on Friday and then afterwards I went to the Faultline with my friends Gregg, Michael, and Eddy. I had a really good time, drank maybe a little too much ;) but had a great time, ran into several people I know. Over all I was plesantly surprised by FL usually I'm rather bored there :) Luckily for me my friends Alex and Gregg wouldn't let me drive home that night even though for some reason I really wanted to.
Saturday I hung out most of the day with Alex and Gregg then went home for 2nd half of the afternoon getting some chores and laundry done. I got a phone call from 2 really hot guys who unfortunately are on the opposite side of the country..doh! Anyhow one of the guys might fly out here next weekend and stay with me and then I will take him to the Club Chub Anniversary party on Sunday (another possible date I'm amazed). Anyhow Pistons on Saturday was a lot of fun I decided that I was not going to drink that night and one of my friend's told me that "I was being no fun" or something to that effect well by the end of the night he changed his mind saying that I could still be fun, duh....hehe Anyhow before we ended up leaving that night I ended up talking with this guy named Rick who said he has thought I was cute for a a long time. How come people never tell me this until much later? Do I seem intimidating or something? Grrrr... :) Me being stupid again as usual forgot to get the guy's number, oh well *smack*
Sunday was a very low key day did some errands with Gregg and Michael and we did some shopping at the Beverly Center where we saw Scott and all stopped by for some coffee before we continued our shopping. Gregg and I made lunch for everyone and then we all just decided to rest. I went home where I goofed around on the internet and getting waaaaay to umh...restless. After reliving the built up tension several times I managed to finally be content :) hehe Well now its time for the week and I'm already hard at work...yeah right!
This week the only thing I have planned so far is Punk Rock Karyoke tonight and a date with a guy on Wednesday that I met at the FL a long time ago who I ran into on bear411 yesterday. Well I think I've inundated you with enough ranting so I will say.....

Yaaaa its Friday I just have to survive 5 periods then its time to go have fun for the weekend. My date last night went well, I met him at the French Market and we had a very nice dinner and talked entire time about our lives and interests and such. I've been chatting with him for a while and de seems like a pretty nice guy and he is cute too (which is always a plus). He's going out of town tommorrow for a week, but he said he'd call me when he gets back, we'll just have to wait and see. Anyhow overall it went quite well and it is nice to be on the dating scene again. No pressure, just going out and getting to know someone again :) I guess I'm finally getting completely over my ex and truly ready to move on.
Tonight I'm going to go see a movie with a friend, I think that we are going to see Kill Bill 2 if its playing in my area. Then tommorrow I'm going to go to Pistons and hang out with some other friends. Sunday I'm supposed to go meet a guy at this bar he works at (MJ's I believe it is called. So I guess I will stop by and say hello. Well I'm outta here for now.

Hmm ever had one of those days when you just ask what am I doing here? Today was one of those days for me at work. Today I tried to teach my students and there must be something in the water cause they were CRAZY! Well I'm just glad that I'm home now and I can relax :) On a positive note though I do have a semi-dinner date tonight. Its the first date I've had in sometime, so I'm looking foreward to it. Anyhow I need to do some laundry so I'm outtie.

Well I just got in from work about an hour ago, I had to stay and extra hour afterwards for a meeting, so by the time it was time to go, I was VERY ready. Last night I went to Punk Rock Karoke, had a great time as usual, but we stay a little later than what I would have prefered. I was soooooo exhausted this morning, but I managed to stay awake somehow :) Well don't have anything else to say right now, I will probably add more to this later.

Well I'm finally back....The work day is about to start, just not sure if I'm ready to start with it. The only thing I'm thinking about right now is "Why isn't spring break 2 weeks?" hehe anyhow guess its time to educate the minds of my students..
Well work is interesting today, my hangover is started to kick in about 8:30 this morning so I'm having lots of fun trying to teach hehe I just figured out that if I get hired to work for Long Beach Unified then I will be able to use my sick hours and take off nearly the whole month of June yaaaa! :)

Ok well kinda, I'm still a bit dizy, but I had a lot of fun last night at club chub. Unfortunately I don't remember much of the end of the night, so I had to be filled in on what I did by my best friend Alex. I know I bought some drinks for people and I know that Gregg bought me some beers and Adam bought me something called a Strong Island. Damn I don't even know if I danced at all last night. hehe Anyhow I have to go back to work today :( but I guess I need to start making money again to pay for all of those drinks. Well time to try and at least act respectable...I'm defintely not you average teacher :) |

Well just got back from running a bunch of errands with my friends Alex and Gregg. I ended up getting my "outfit" for tomorrow's club chub....just hope I don't look like the Goodyear Blimp hehe. All white....hmmm Anyhow I'm looking foreward to having a great time both tomorrow at CC and tonight at Girth & Mirth. I will have to get some pictures taken so I can get the review from all of my friends out there :) Anyhow I can totally see what people meant by getting addicted to this LJ I enjoy not only writing but reading about all of my other friends out there too :) Well I should start getting ready for tonight. Well I'm hanging out with my friend Gregg tonight and I'm either going to clean up my mohawk or just go ahead and buzz it down. I know that I have to buzz it by sunday because there is no way my work is going to let me have one. After all can you imagine your math teacher having a mohawk? Hehe I guess I really am nothing like any of my teachers when I was in school or maybe I am hmm..... Well I guess its about time to start my day...damn I'm a lazy bastard when I'm on vacation. Anyhow this Live Journal thing seems pretty cool already have several cool people welcome be to the community :) Awww its nice to be loved LOL. I woke up earlier but my back was a bit sore so I decided to put some Icy Hot on it and then lay down for a bit, its still a little stiff, but its much better than earlier. I have got to lose some weight, this bad back is getting to be too much. Anyhow other than that I'm a good mood today again :) so its all good. I was talking with Rob last night and he started busting up laughing when I told him I have a mohawk right now. He insisted I send him a pic of it, but he has not yet given me his verdict yet. Well guess I should go get some breakfast/lunch.

Well I finally got around to creating my Live Journal account after hearing about it from several of my friends. I've been enjoying a lazy week so far and I am loving my Spring Break. Nothing like being ABSOLUTELY lazy and just hanging with your buddies. Tomorrow I'm going to go hang out with my friends Ben and Mykal whom I haven't had the opportunity to spend much time with as of late so it will be good to hang with them again. So far the only things of true note for my Spring Break was my weekend in Palm Springs with all of my buddies. Damn I got waaaaay to f..ked the first night. But I had a lot of fun just hangin out at the CCBC. I'm looking foreward to Club Chub this weekend, I'm planning on really dancing my ass off. Anyhow thats it for my first journal.
